About Birch

Birch creates spaces that give people the time and freedom to pause, think, create and savour. It’s a hotel, members club and co-working space with exciting classes and workshops added to the usual line-up of cultural events. With two hotels just outside London, Birch is a caretaker of over 200 acres of nature. What was once a golf course is now one of London’s largest rewilding projects with Birch (Selsdon) using 200 acres to grow a lot of their own food, and sustain and use livestock for their kitchen.
